Meet the Founder

The Pierce Strategy Group was founded on the belief that business success shouldn’t come at the expense of living a full life. After years of climbing the corporate ladder - working longer hours and earning more, but with less time for what mattered most - I chose a different path.

I built Pierce Strategy Group to bring the skills I developed across strategy, sales, operations, marketing, and leadership to small and mid-sized businesses and individuals who want to grow with clarity and confidence. Our work focuses on solving real challenges and building scalable foundations that support long-term success in a rapidly changing world.

My approach is grounded in hands-on experience and problem-solving, supported by the business foundation I gained at Siena College. Outside of work, I enjoy mountain biking, hiking, traveling, cooking, reading, and spending time with my cat, Zoey - a reminder that the best businesses are built to support life, not replace it.
